Thing is, I’m suffering from withdrawals. After binge-watching every season and finishing it last week, I’m on the stage of denial about the fact that I have no knew Sherlock episodes to watch. I mean, I’ve even started reading Arthur Conan Doyle’s complete works. I’m THAT bad! Besides, I need to right a wrong.
Some time ago I dedicated a past Friday Night Hottie to . I did it without even understanding what the heck was with this guy. Now I get it. I get what all the fuzz is about. I gotta say, it’s not that I think Benedict is hot. I still wouldn’t include him in my personal list of hotties. But man! Sherlock is sexy as hell! So yeah, I now get what all the fuzz is about. Because it’s not just about Benedict. It’s about Benedict as Sherlock. Sherlock would totally be on my personal list of hotties. Actually, he already is there!
Why? Let me give you some reasons:
He plays the violin
Sherlock likes to dance
He is just quirky and plain weird and we love him for it
We just love Sherlock when he is being a total d!ck and show-off with his amazing deductions
He does the eyebrow thing
He has those amazing… say it Watson!
He is a cute and funny drunk
With his Byronic good looks, scarf and tweet coat (God! that coat!) he is one sexy Sherlock Holmes
He ruffles his curls and we all die!
He has absolutely no filter whatsoever
Sherlock is able to make us laugh in the midst of murder and mayhem. And, yes Irene, smart is the new sexy
He is protective of his friends. Oh! Our hero!
I love that he is so self-aware…
