I love me some Jaguar villains

Jaguar has gone and done it again. I wanna take this opportunity to thank whoever is behind this series of magnificent spots. Car Ads were generally targeted at men. They usually had hot, sexy chicks in a bikini laying on top of cool cars. But now, the agency behind Jaguar must be full of female employees who love Brit actors, cuz this latest campaign is perfection. And obviously targeted at women. It won’t make me buy a car, least of all a Jaguar. But I’m thoroughly enjoying them. I’m more anxious for every new TV spot than for the new episode of a show.

After owning the world of Ads with several spots featuring Tom Hiddleston (and some other Brits who just pale in comparison with Tom’s greatness), Jaguar has decided to go young. Hence this new spot starring Nicholas Hoult.

I don’t like him myself. I don’t know if it’s because he is too young or because I can still remember the hair cut he used in “About a boy”, but he doesn’t tickle my fancy. But I can definetely see what Jaguar is doing here. Well done, I say.

In joining Jaguar’s new cinematic “British Intelligence” campaign, Hoult’s Ad makes this universe come full circle. In the previous films we saw the 3 super villains heading to a mansion that serves as their lair. Now, we see who is working inside that lair and who is the cunning Master Mind behind all these evil. Kinda reminds be of Ben Whishaw in the Bond movies, right?

It’s really cool Jaguar, but please… can we have another Hiddles Ad??? Pretty please???

80’s kid, 90’s teen. That sums it up quite nicely. Fan of almost everything. There’s not enough room in cyber-space to list everything (or every guy / fictional character I have the hots for), but I’ll try: Outlander book series ultimate fan (‘cuz JAMMF is just perfection), YA and romance novel avid reader, BSB fan to the death. Current TV Shows addiction: Outlander, Game of Thrones, Arrow (I ship Olicity. Hard.), The Big Bang Theory, Marvel Agents of SHIELD. Past addictions: Friends, Glee, Spartacus, Smash, The Tudors, Battlestar Galactica, Lost (I’m an ending-hater). The Hot List: Luke Evans, Gerard Butler, Theo James, Nick Carter, Henry Cavill, Chris Hemsworth, Stephen Amell, Hugh Jackman and I could keep going to infinity. Oh! And I believe in the God of Google!
