Promoting a movie is exhausting. It really is.
For the fans, that is.
That time period when the promotion for a movie is in full force is exhausting. I know actors complain because they have to do like 300 interviews a day. But think about the fans!
We have our daily, regular lives. Work, school, kids, dishes and subway rides. And in the midst of all that, we have to keep up with all the interviews, newspaper articles, magazine photo shoots and movie clips that constantly sprung up like mushrooms. You have to be forever on the look out for Google Alerts, Tweets and Facebook notifications. Everyday searching for new videos on YouTube, marking your calendar for Talk Show appearances. Really. I’m getting tired just writing about it.
I’m going through such a period right now. Luke Evans is in the midst of promoting “Dracula Untold” and every day there are ate least 10 new videos. I mark them all, I swear. I have every link. But I can’t seem to manage to watch them all! And my fellow Luketeers do amazing screencaps and GIFs. And I need time to see those as well. Being a fan is a full time job!
Don’t feel like you are at work but your mind is constantly thinking if you are missing a new video? Like your Twitter and Facebook feeds are so humongous you know you’ll miss something cuz there’s no way you can go through all the notifications.
So, if your suffering as I am and just can’t deal with it all, let me help. Here’s a compilation of several new Luke videos. Remember he was on E!’s Revealed and doing his first ever talk Show appearance with Graham Norton. Oh! And something on BBC! He’s everywhere. I’m going mad over here.
And I’m not even including all the featurettes, TV spots and movie clips.
